Growing up, Lydia volunteered at wildlife sanctuaries, animal hospitals, and a zoo in Gulf Breeze and Pensacola, Florida. She loved (and still does!) spending her free time bonding with her own pets and being surrounded by all the different species on the farm. In high school, she worked as a kennel technician and assistant dog groomer and trainer.

Then, Lydia was a veterinary technician at an animal hospital while earning her bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida. She went on to obtain her dog & cat grooming certification, followed by Pet Skin Academy's Certified Pet Aesthetician in October 2024, and 6 other certifications: Hair & Skin 101, Skin Assessment, Geriatric Grooming, A Groomers Guide to the 15 Coat Types, Mobile Grooming Safety, and Pet First Aid/CPR, along the way and counting!

The Van

We are able to offer our wide variety of services conveniently, thanks to the van! It is fully equipped, so we are able to dedicate one-on-one, personal attention to your pet(s), from right outside your home without the client's resources (water, power, etc.).
You always know the groomer servicing your pet and there are no stress inducing distractions that a regular grooming salon endures (clients walking in, other dogs, etc.).
We are also a cage - free environment so your pet will never be subjected to kennel anxiety.

Whether we locate at your home, work, or another setting, we are here to meet the needs that are best for you and your dirty dog.

Our Mascot

Wondering where the inspiration behind the dog in our logo came from? Groomer Lydia's childhood Golden Retriever, Sassy!

We wish you guys could have met her, but this is how Lydia is able to share her sweet spirit with you all. She inspired young Lydia to become the ulti-mutt dog lover and to dedicate her life to helping all four - legged friends since they all help us so much.

Rest in Peace, Sassy girl, the original dirty dog!
