IV San Bernard's Derma Complex shampoo, Derma Plus conditioner, and anti-itch gel to alleviate scratching and chewing. Recommended weekly to biweekly.
Pet must receive full- service grooming package or "Bath & Basics" package.

Phase 1:
- IV San Bernard's steps of detox, cleanse, and hydration products to treat any infection until there is no crust, sores, or oozing. Bath must be done 1 -3 times weekly.
